Gossip’s Beth Ditto will release a solo EP through Deconstruction Records in January.

Simply entitled Beth Ditto EP, its four tracks – ‘Open Heart Surgery’, ‘Do You Need Someone’, ‘I Wrote The Book’ and ‘Goodnight Good Morning’ – were produced by Simian Mobile Disco. They all prominently feature Ditto’s vocals, and are all aimed squarely at the dancefloor, ranging in style from low-slung electro to jacking Chicago-style house.
