Rinse FM’s next mix CD will be mixed by Youngsta.

One of dubstep’s veteran DJs, Youngsta’s known for measured dubstep sets, with emphasis on long mixed and studied EQing, and dubplates from Skream, Mala the rest of them. He’s a DJ first and foremost, but he’s occasionally delved into production, notably remixing Loefah on the B-side of the third DMZ record.

When not DJing, Youngsta works at London’s celebrated Blackmarket Records, and A&Rs at Tempa records. His contribution to the Rinse CD series is 20 tracks long and features music from Icicle, DJ Madd, Kryptic Minds and more. Scheduled release date is Monday May 16, with a launch party at FWD>> on May 12 sporting sets from Youngsta, Icicle, Distance, Kryptic Minds, DJ Madd and guest MCs.
