The New York garage rock fetishists share their forthcoming album.

The Strokes will release their fifth album, Comedown Machine on March 26. Until then, listen to the band’s latest collection of sneering dance rock revival tunes via Pitchfork Advance. Expect a mix of the upbeat riffage of ‘All The Time’ and the synth-pop influence of ‘One Way Trigger’.

While the band “hashed [the album] out all together like the good old days,” there doesn’t appear to be plans to tour in support of it.
