El-B is behind the latest sample pack from Samplephonics.

One half of Groove Chronicles and an established solo producer, El-B’s fingerprints are all over modern garage. Producers like Burial and Blackdown queue up to sing his praises (or, in Burial’s case, whisper them quietly), and his best work was compiled in a Tempa compilation titled The Roots of El-B. 

Garage producers have spent years trying to copy his swung drums and signature woodblocks; this sample pack should take them one step closer.

El-B is a London born and bred UK House & Garage producer renowned for his pioneering role in shaping the Dubstep genre in the late 90′s. His debut sample pack is packed to the brim with classic resampled hardware grooves, including crisp garage, house and dubstep drum loops, euphoric breakdown pads, old school resampled chord stabs and grimy solid bass loops, plus a large collection of essential one shot drum hits, stab samples, vocal shouts and effects.

After tearing up the UK club scene for the past 10 years, El-B has been dedicating his time to spending long hours in the studio with his beloved analogue synths and samplers, crafting this timeless sample library to perfection so the world can have access to his unique signature sound.
