One of our Australians-to-watch has started a new label.

Dan White will launch new imprint Rhythm Works with a 12″ as Rings Around Saturn. The new EP explores the edges of ambient and experimental music, with all tracks recorded live this year.

Rhythm Works plans to release music from both Australian and international artists over the coming months, with music set to arrive on a variety of formats. According to the label, nothing is out of limits in terms of sound. The first releases will traverse the realms ambient, techno and digi dub.

Rings Around Saturn’s Dream Theory EP is available now on CD format with the digital version to arrive on July 20.  Hear a sample below.
