After releasing yet-another tracklist for T.L.O.P. and promising to release the album after mastering it, Kanye West has headed back into the studio to work on the track ‘Waves’. If you want someone to blame, West says the onus is on Chance the Rapper, who wants the cut on the album. Your guess is as good as ours.
