Ellen Allien will helm the fifth instalment of Berlin club Watergate’s eponymous mix series.
Boss of the BPitch Control label and co-producer of one of FACT’s 100 Best Albums of The Decade), Ellen is also a massively popular DJ.
Watergate 05 reminds us why – it’s a no-nonsense mix of minimal techno and house featuring tracks by the likes of John Tejada (the classic ‘The End Of It All), Luciano, Alexi Delano, NSI., and a few less expected cuts from Brigitte Fontain, Matias Aguayo and Uffie.
