Yesterday we were lucky enough to sneak a listen to a super-early promo of LCD Soundsystem‘s new single ‘Pow Pow’ – of which more later.

For now, we just thought we’d report – with a measure of pride – that FACT seems to be repped in the song’s lyrics.

“On this occasion,” intones James Murphy about halfway in, “There are a couple of things we know / that you can’t learn from FACT magazine….”

That’s what we’re hearing anyway. ‘Pow Pow’, an elastic disco-punk jam in the vein of ‘Daft Punk Is Playing At My House’ and ‘Yeah’, is likely to see release next month.
