Silk Flowers will return to Europe for a series of dates this year.

We found ourselves quite smitten with Silk Flowers last year at FACT, following their self-titled debut album and subsequent As Above So Below EP, released on Dean Spunt (No Age)’s Post Present Medium and Blank Dogs’ Captured Tracks label respectively.

Formed from the ashes of Car Clutch and Soiled Mattress and the Springs, produced by Fred ‘Saturday Looks Good to Me’ Thomas and led by the booming baritone of vocalist Aviram Cohen, Silk Flowers boast a live show that can be quite remarkable at times, taking in Joy Division, John Carpenter, Ariel Pink and more. We’d recommend you take this opportunity to see them.
