Post-rock favourites Explosion in the Sky’s fifth album, Take Care, Take Care, Take Care, will be released in a deluxe cross-shaped double-vinyl format.

Recorded at Sonic Ranch in El Paso, it marks the Texan four-piece’s first full album since 2007’s All of a Sudden I Miss Everyone, and features artwork by long-time visual collaborator Esteban Rey. The special edition features six tracks across three sides of two vinyl records, contained in a five-panel cross-shaped package. Side D is dedicated to an etching.

Pre-orders are up now, so release date for the special edition looks like early next month.
