Earlier this month, Merge revealed details of a deluxe version of Arcade Fire’s The Suburbs.

Due for release on August 2, it’s a CD/DVD package that features the original Suburbs, plus an extended version of album track ‘Wasted Hours (A Life That We Can Live)’, two new songs, ‘Culture War’ and ‘Speaking in Tongues’ (featuring Talking Head and long-time Arcade Fire admirer David Byrne), the Spike Jonze-directed short film Scenes from the Suburbs, a behind-the-scenes documentary and more.

Zane Lowe premiered the aforementioned two new songs on radio last night, and Listen Before you Buy are streaming audio rips. You can check them here.
