New school grime MC Kozzie will release a new CD for No Hats No Hoods on June 27.

Titled The Problem’s Started, it represents the young London MC’s first full-length statement, after last year’s ‘Destruction’ and ‘Spartan Remix’ singles and a recently collaboration with Starkey. Production comes from today’s FACT mixer Royal-T, Darq E Freaker of ‘Next Hype’ and ‘Cherryade’ fame, Spooky, SX, Cotti and more.

Relentless from the start, No Hats No Hoods have positioned The Problem’s Started as an antidote to the various (and mostly failed) attempts by grime MCs to “go pop” in recent years, with Kozzie working under the guidance of similarly uncompromising street stars P Money and Blacks.
