Rinse FM DJ Braiden will headline London club night Way Back Here’s 1st Birthday this Saturday, playing an extended set.
Braiden made his name first and foremost as a DJ – first on internet station Sub FM, then on Rinse – but last year released his first single, the acclaimed, techno-leaning ‘The Alps’ on Joy Orbison and Impey’s Doldrums label. He also has an official remix of Sbtrkt’s ‘Pharaohs’ on the way for Young Turks.
In support is newcomer Juk Juk, who recently released on Four Tet’s Text label, and the Way Back Here residents. The night takes place at recently revamped Stoke Newington venue Question Mark Bar, and entry is £4 on the door. For more information, visit the Facebook event page.
