The Belgian producer – whose past releases on Surf Kill and Vlek trade in lopsided boogie and hip hop – will put out a mini-album through the label, entitled Retina Waves.
You can listen to a track from the album [artwork pictured above] below, which is also featured on Ramp’s forthcoming Ramp 50 compilation (more info on that here).
‘White Out’ is a beatless affair, trading in fuggy clouds of synth and wordless vocal, all mulched together with tape distortion. As always with Ramp it’s both intriguing and unexpected – a promising indicator for the full release.
