d’Eon’s Music For Keyboards Vol 1 is, in the artist’s own words, ‘COLLECTED KEYBOARD TRAX 2003-2012 TO HOLD U OVER UNTIL LP DROPS’. He dropped it yesterday as a stream through the lovely folks at Stereogum – complete with suitably gnarly artwork, in line with his forthcoming debut album – but last night was kind enough to offer a direct download link for those wanting to keep it. We heartily recommend that you do – it’s 14 tracks of beautiful, shimmering, meditative instrumentals. Part Oneohtrix Point Never, part Tangerine Dream, part early Aphex Twin, this is a free download well worthy of its own release and promises brilliant things for his first full length. You can stream it below, and download it here.
