Last week brought us the news of the first artists to grace the bill for Italian fest Club to Club, and now we’ve got news of a brace of new additions
Jam City, he of this year’s excellent Classical Curves LP, will be doing his sprightly synthetic thing. His DJ set will be his first Italian appearance. Laurel Halo will also be appearing, presumably under the aegis of Kode9’s Hyperdub showcase. Her post-Quarantine liveshow is daring and vulnerable, and should prove a talking point. Downwards legend and Sandwell District lynchpin Regis will keep things dark and hard-edged, and native talent Lory D will be toasting his recent killer Strange Days Vol. II release for Numbers.
Kuedo will be staging his live show in the country for the first time, as will masked marauder SBTRKT. Shackleton will get bones rattling, and Jimmy Edgar will provide brighter thrills. DJ Tennis and Margot round out the additions. They join the likes of Clark, Evian Christ, Rustie, Liars and John Talabot. The festival runs from November 8-11 in Turin; tickets and further information are available from the festival website.
