‘Pound the Alarm’ is yet another electro-hop anthem from Nicki Minaj, more festival EDM than downtown rap. It’s a same, really, since she can still flow when she has something to prove. Still, there are worse concepts for videos than having Nicki Minaj dance with Trinidadian carnival dancers in full peacock regalia.
