Musicians aged between 13 and 18 can enter a competition to score the promotional film for a new fantasy trilogy, The Quietus reports.
Faber & Faber are inviting hopefuls to submit their music to be used on the promotional film for Crewel, the first in a trilogy by Gennifer Albin. The music can be in any style, but should “convey the feel of the book” – which you can find out about here.
The winner will have their music featured on the final film, as well as receiving £200 in iTunes vouchers and promotion through The Spark – Faber’s online community for young creatives – the Crewel Facebook page and elsewhere.
More info on the competition can be found here. The first entrant will win £25 in iTunes vouchers, and the next five will receive £15 each, so time is of the essence.
