Last month we heard the first single from Kevin Martin’s new acid ragga project: one man’s mission (with the aid of vocal collaborators) to fuse two of the duttiest dancefloor styles around.

With barely a pause for breath, you can now preview one of the tracks from the project’s second release below. ‘Ganja Baby’ sees the return of long-time collaborator and gloriously rough-throated MC Daddy Freddy. As you might expect given the title, it’s definitely more ragga than acid, all hip-grinding bounce and squelchy digi-bassline – with just a  rushing snare-roll backdrop and a hint of 303 squeal to balance out the equation.
