So goes an announcement from Boston duo Soul Clap, marking the launch of their new label, Soul Clap Records. The label will be “a home for our music and our many aliases and collaborations”, but it kicks off with a release from unknown producer “from Texas via Brooklyn”, Night Plane.

‘Gates Of Dawn’, featuring vocals from Heather D’Angelo, is sultry deep house of the highest calibre, and suggests Soul Clap’s A&Ring will be as impeccable as their DJ selections. The track, which you can download by clicking the link below, is taken from the Heartbeat EP, due out on the label on October 15.
