Contemporary composer Anna Meredith’s EP, Black Prince Fury, will be released through The Vinyl Factory on October 15.

Limited to 300 copies, pressed on 18o-gram vinyl, Black Prince Fury marks the result of a good year of Meredith honing ideas in the studio and live setting, road-testing the tracks at shows with These New Puritans, James Blake and Mira Calix.

Selected as one of the twenty composers to participate in the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad, Meredith is a former composer for the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, and coached Goldie when the drum’n’bass icon had his work performed by the BBC concert orchestra as part of the television show Evolution.
