Chris Brown, r’n’b megastar and one of music’s most vilified figures, following 2009’s assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna and various subsequent incidents, has decided to show fans ‘The Real Chris Brown’ in a new video. 

The video’s a bit of a shocker, and it would be regardless of who was behind it: it’s effectively Brown posing in various dimly-lit locations (doorway, back seat of a car) while trying to come to terms with the fact that he fancies two people, and although neither Rihanna, nor Brown’s recently dumped ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran are mentioned by name, both are featured in the footage spliced into Brown’s confessional (other pieces of footage include Brown drinking champagne, and dancing with his shirt off). Chris Brown’s third album, Polygamy & I, is expected to see release sometime next year.
