Deliberately recondite soul singer The Child Of Lov has unveiled his debut single proper.

The demo version of ‘Heal’ has been percolating around since summer. The newly mastered single version rubs away some of the grit, and comes complete with additional production work from Damon Albarn. The video shows some hipster kids making the most of the summer holidays, japing around in a makeshift club (great!) and lounging about on railway tracks (bad!).

The single is out now, with a cover of D’Angelo’s classic ‘One Mo’Gin’ as a bonus B-side.
