Surf-pop dreamers Saturday Looks Good to Me to release new album, One Kiss Ends It All

As we reported in February, Saturday Looks Good to Me, one of the US’s most overlooked modern indie bands, have been recording again, following a hiatus of roughly four years.

An email today from Polyvinyl, the group’s label, reveals that a new Saturday Looks Good to Me album, One Kiss Ends It All, will be released around Spring of next year. It will mark the group’s first full studio album since 2007’s Fill Up The Room – though various EPs and limited tour-only records have been released in that time, and the group’s leader Fred Thomas has also been releasing records with other projects such as City Center, Swimsuit and Mighty Clouds.

One Kiss will be preceded by a new single, ‘Sunglasses’. That’s out now on digital downloads, with a blue vinyl 7″ run set to follow on November 6. You can stream ‘Sunglasses’ below.
