He can make high-octane, no-nonsense dancefloor burners. He can make wildly experimental cuts. And, as anyone who’s heard the recent Sam Frank and Kito-featuring ‘Childhood Memories’ will attest, he’s can also make thrillingly contemporary, on-point electronic pop. In fact, the latter mode might just turn out to be his true calling.
The London-based producer took time out from the recording of his eagerly anticipated debut album to talk to FACT TV about his ascent through the drum ‘n bass industry, his respect for his mentors and peers and his approach to production.
