Regular troublemaker Bobby Brown has, once again, found himself on the wrong side of the law.

The New Edition singer, formerly married to Whitney Houston, was arrested and charged with driving under influence of alcohol on Wednesday. Brown was allegedly stopped after driving in an erratic manner, and subsequently failed a sobriety test.

The incident marks Brown’s second arrest this year on DUI charges. He was also stopped back in March, and subsequently checked into rehab.

Brown – who married his current manager four months after Houston’s death – released his most recent LP The Masterpiece in June. Brown’s daughter Bobbi Kristina is to get her own reality TV show, The Houston Family Chronicles. Houston passed away on on February 11 in Beverly Hills. [via NME]
