The Venezuelan-born producer announces his So What U Want Me To Do EP.

The prolific producer born Luis Garban has showcased his ever-changing style on labels such as Hyperdub, Car Crash Set, and Tigerbeat6. He also contributed to the recent footwork compilation on Chrissy Muderbot’s Loose Squares imprint.

His latest offering is a “retro-fetishist odyssey” that bounds through 90s rave styles with aplomb: acid, vogue house, and dance pop are all in the mix. From the ballroom-inflected ‘I Know U Will’ to the paranoid techno of ‘Hysteria,’ So What U Want Me To Do is a self-aware tribute to a frequently-aped decade.

So What U Want Me To Do is available on November 12 via Classicworks, the label Cardopusher runs with fellow Barcelonian Nehuen (who also contributes a remix to the offering). Preview the EP below, and check out the cover art and tracklist.
