BBC 6 Music jock Gilles Peterson has been doing a sterling job of unearthing old mixes of late.
Following that recent Madlib and J Rocc face-off comes a session from Four Tet, broadcast way back in 1999 – the year of his debut album Dialogue. Four Tet, back then, was as well known for his post-rock excursions with Fridge as he was his solo work, or, indeed, any sort of club music context to his work. You can stream the blustery set below.
