Another leak from the Toronto duo’s upcoming third album.

‘Sad Eyes’ follows ‘Wrath of God’ and ‘Affection’ as another song where the formerly brittle and aggressive Crystal Castles sound evolves into something softer and more approachable.

Unlike those songs, however, ‘Sad Eyes’ is four-on-the-floor dance pop, borrowing the piercing synths of trance as the instrumentation for Alice Glass’ breathy vocals. Stream it below, along with the rest of the album. (III) is due out November 12.
