Matrixxman (half of 5kinandbones, half of the production team behind Mykki Blanco’s ‘Haze.Boogie.Life.’, etc.) has reworked the lead track off Physical Therapy’s Safety Net.

When the original premiered over the summer, we noted its “mesh of vocal samples and snips of melody.” In Matrixxman’s remix, those elements are almost entirely submerged in favor of an unrelenting techno groove that obliterates the original’s Balearic vibe. Stream the result below.
