New music from the Philadelphia street bass connoisseur.

In FACT’s recent interview, Starkey said, “I’ve always had a fascination with science fiction films, space and all that… so yeah that’s an ongoing theme.”

The “post apocalyptic attitude” he was aiming for comes across in ‘Command’, with it’s end-of-the-world, bass-fueled theatrics. Continuing that theme, the video is a black-and-white, meditation on surveillance socity, with hints of Cloverfield-esque monster movies.
