Promoters Trouble Vision have pulled together a fantastic two-parter at Corsica Studios later this month.

Double Trouble Vision, now nudging into its third year, is becoming something of an institution at the venue – a two-day shindig featuring a reliably excellent line-up. On Friday January 25, the venue will play host to 3024 bossman Martyn. The Dutchman can be expected to dart between d’n’b, funky and techno, and, with new material expected in 2013, hopefully the odd dubplate too. The ever-busy, ever-reliable Loefah will also be on hand with a broad survey of contemporary dubstep and affiliated sounds. House cat Huxley, sonically rich duo Dark Sky, youngster Happa and UKG stalwart DJ Caspa are also on the bill.

Things step up on September January 26, when the remarkable Theo Parrish will stop by. Parrish’s sets serve as revisionist history lessons of forty years of black music, from vintage disco through to scuffed house – and no self-respecting dance fan should go without catching him live. He’ll be jointed by fellow Detroit don Marcellus Pittman, with whom he’ll be going back to back for the entire night. Bicep, Lauer and Park Ranger round out the bill.

Tickets and further details are available here.
