Following 2012’s Trilogy, a triple-album that collected his three online mixtapes from 2011, twilight r’n’b crooner The Weeknd will release a new album in 2013. 

Given that Trilogy only included a small handful of new material, this news will come as no surprise (touring aside, he’s had time to work on it), but appears to have been confirmed by a post on The Weeknd’s Twitter last night, linking to a photo of the album as a folder on his Mac desktop. It’s still untitled, at this point.
