Despite a new solo EP, Rift, Pariah received most attention last year for his work with Blawan under the banner Karenn.

It’s easy, with all that going on, to forget what an interesting artist he is on his own terms. Sunday night saw Pariah stand in for Charles Drakeford on East London radio station NTS for a two-hour show that so far (we’re only half an hour in) features wire-wool house, creaky ambient, padded dub-techno and more.
