Drake to release new single, 'Started From the Bottom', on Grammy night

It’s the first single from the Canadian rapper’s forthcoming third album.

On the night of the Grammy Awards (February 10), Drake will release a single entitled ‘Started From the Bottom’, which we’re assuming is the Never-Before-Told story of Aubrey Graham’s rise to fame. The single will be on the follow-up to his 2011 smash Take Care.

While Drake only released two of his own singles in 2012, he was (again) the most prominent guest on a host of songs, most notably 2 Chainz’s ‘No Lie’, French Montana’s ‘Pop That’, and A$AP Rocky’s ‘Fuckin’ Problem’. He also appeared on the divisive, posthumous Aaliyah single ‘Enough Said’.

Last year, Warner Bros signed a distribution deal with Drake’s OVO imprint. [via Billboard]
