The dancefloor-minded Friends of Friends offshoot explores sultry house and disco on their latest offering.
Young Adults is the label run by DJ duo Lazy Brown (aka Friend of Friend label boss Leeor Brown) and Deep Body (aka David Fisher). The pair inaugurated the body music hub last year with an introductory compilation; their first artist release was by LA Dublab androgyne Suzanne Kraft.
House Slippers “soundtracks the progression from dusk till dawn,” with contributions from nascent Montreal duo Grown Folk, Mark E, and Ben La Desh, among others; the full tracklist is below.
The compilation is available on April 23. In the meantime, Young Adults have shared a preview mix (below) that includes one of the tracks: the Permanent Vacation remix of Suzanne Kraft’s ‘Maybe Snakes.’
