The members of the French production crew each have solo releases in the works.
Canblaster, Sam Tiba, Myd and Panteros666 emerged a couple of years ago, sharing the same anything-goes approach towards club alchemy as their Parisian contemporaries over at Clek Clek Boom (but perhaps with a bit for more finesse).
After coming together for releases on Brodinski’s Bromance Records (like the stadium-sized ‘Now U Realize’) last year, the individual components of Club Cheval have new solo material in the works.
First up is Myd’s Freak Andy EP, due out this month on Marble, the label co-founded by Para One, Surkin, and Bobmo. Panteros666 will follow with a mini LP on Bromance entitled Hyper Reality in March. April will see the release of Canblaster’s Collection (Vol 1), also on Marble, and Sam Tiba’s new EP for Brussels club repository Pelican Fly.
In the meantime, stream/download the Club Cheval remix of Rihanna’s ‘Pony’-sampling ‘Jump’, featuring Brooklyn rapper Theophilus London and significantly less Chase & Status wobble than the original.
