Hear Shlohmo's collaboration with How To Dress Well, 'Don't Say No'

Get your morning off to an appropriately lugubrious start with this meeting of melancholy minds

Next month, Wedidit figurehead Shlohmo will release the Laid Out EP through Friends Of Friends/Wedidit. Like the Vacation EP before it, the record promises a grab-bag of bruised electronica and hip-hop for the wee hours; unlike the Vacation EP, it features a high-profile vocal spot, courtesy of Tom ‘How To Dress Well’ Krell.

‘Don’t Say No’ follows on from EP lead ‘Later’, and it’s the more sensuous of the two. The pair are natural (single-)bedfellows, with Krell’s bantamweight vocal effortlessly complementing Shlohmo’s glowering instrumental.

Laid Out is out on March 5, with a limited edition vinyl to follow on April 2. Shlohmo’s US tour dates are below
