The Los Angeles beat scene luminary reworks a cut from Hundred Waters’ self-titled debut.

On March 26, Gainesville, Florida’s Hundred Waters will release a remix EP on Skrillex’s OWSLA imprint. The EP finds Blood Diamonds, Brillz, Phantoms, Teebs, and Daedelus reworking album stand-out ‘Boreal’.

The avant-pop original is all shimmering arpeggios and looping whimsy. On his remix of the track, Daedelus works his off-kilter beat magic, turning ‘Boreal’ into something shifty and filtered. Stream it below; Daedelus is currently in the midst of his Magical Properties tour.
