Ren Schofield’s grizzled beat experiments as Container have helped his brand of lo-fidelity noise techno go from strength to strength in the last year, and now he’s taking it on the road with a North American tour.

Co-headlining is 100% Silk and Planet Mu house weirdo Ital, who promises to offset Schofield’s stark, grinding minimalism with a much-needed blast of fuzzy light.

Schofield is set to release the Treatment EP on March 25 on Morphosis’s Morphine Records, so the tour could hardly be more timely. [via Resident Advisor]
