Recorded by ex Test Icicle Dev Hynes, who is working on a record of new material with the ladies, the version shows the trio (who split on not particularly good terms over ten years ago) in high spirits, performing for fun and getting the very best out of the already hot source material.

‘Lay Down in Swimming Pools’ might not give much away in terms of what we might be expecting from the band’s original tracks, but if they manage to keep this warm-hearted lightness around we reckon it’s all going to be just fine. [via Dummy]
