In FACT’s books, Peter Rosenberg is notable for two things: helming a show on NY hip-hop institution Hot 97 and, more importantly, hosting the brilliantly conceived Hip-Hop Squares.

In his capacity as radio host, he’s pulled together a Dummies Guide to the contemporary New York rap scene, featuring a slew of exclusives from big name acts. A$AP Rocky teams up with foil A$AP Ferg on ‘Take It Easy Freestyle 2’, Joey Bada$$ appears both solo and with PRO ERA, Action Bronson yacks about food on ‘Compliments 2 The Chef’, and weirdos Flatbush Zombies are also on board. Rising names include Nick Caution, Dyme A Duzin and Smoke DZA. Harry Fraud (responsible for the Adrift tape), Black Noi$e and Oddisee are among the beatmakers on call.
