A$AP Rocky will follow up Long.Live.A$AP with a surprise album of beats, entirely produced by the rapper.
In a video interview with Hip Hop N More, Rocky revealed that he’s currently at work on a self-produced album of instrumentals. He announced that said album will arrive “soon”, and with minimal fanfare:
“I’m working on an instrumental album right now. I’m doing all my own beats. It’s going to be interesting to see how people react towards my production. I’m going put it out, I’m not even going to announce, I’ll just drop it”.
Lest we forget, Rocky co-produced the best and strangest track on Long.Live.A$AP (‘Suddenly’) so our hopes for the record are higher than might initially be expected.
