This Summer will see the UK release of The Stone Roses: Made of Stone.

Directed by Shane Meadows (This is England, Dead Man’s Shoes), the film chronicles the 2011 reunion of Manchester heroes The Stone Roses, using unseen archive footage and intimate shots from the last few years to tell the story of their rise, fall, and comeback through a trio of sold-out gigs at Manchester’s Heaton Park (as well as a slightly less busy spot at this year’s Coachella festival).

Made of Stone will be released on Wednesday June 5; you can watch the trailer over at The Guardian.
