The Glaswegian hip-hop fiend focuses on the groove of AlunaGeorge’s latest single.

Like his take on Pusha-T’s ‘What Dreams Are Made Of’, S-Type’s remix of the duo’s ‘Attracting Flies’ is very much in the style of his own widescreen beatcraft while remaining true to the original.

Discarding the off-kilter grind of the original, S-Type’s remix slows down the groove, layering in drum-line snare rolls and scintillating synths. This may be one of those remixes that renders the original obsolete (to say nothing of Baauer’s surprisingly-restrained take on the track).

The remix will be available for download on April 22. Last month, FACT TV premiered a short film about the Billboard producer.
