Universal-approved rapper and walking Parental Advisory sticker Mr Muthafuckin’ eXquire drops a short but potent new joint. 

‘Draped In Gold’ is anything but opulent, featuring a fuzzy instrumental from Bowery Beats that sounds like Shabazz Palaces reworking a beat from Wu-Tang Clan’s The W. Mr MFN eXquire, meanwhile, shouts out “Lex Luger torture rap”, promises to “operate like an optometrist” and gets “ratchet like Earthworm Jim”.

‘Draped In Gold’ will feature on the NY MC’s forthcoming Kismet mixtape, which is due “shortly”. Danny Brown, Flatbush Zombies and producer Constrobuz are all expected to feature. A proper studio full-length is also in the pipeline.
