The Chicago newcomer brings a bit of October’s Very Own to Maybach Music Group.

Rockie Fresh has had a busy year: after signing with Rick Ross’ stable, he released the well-received Electric Highway and The Birthday Tape mixtapes. Next up is an appearance on MMG’s third volume of its Self Made compilations.

‘God Is Great’, produced by OVO hitmaker Boi-1da (‘Best I Ever Had’, ‘Over’, ‘No New Friends’), is a moody, bass-heavy tune that finds Rockie in a self-reflective, grateful mood.
