A David Bowie documentary will be shown across the UK on 13 August to coincide with the end of the V&A’s wildly successful exhibition on the pop chameleon.

Directed by BAFTA winning director Hamish Hamilton, David Bowie is happening now… looks at the stories behind some of the objects in the exhibition and features contributions from a handful of special guests and museum curators Victoria Broackes and Geoffrey Marsh.

The museum’s director, Martin Roth, said: “Visitors have gone to great lengths for a chance to see our exhibition so we wanted to give everyone across the country one last opportunity to experience it for themselves.”
