The trio of techno primitives Juju & Jordash and house veteran Move D offer up a live artefact.
Recorded at last year’s Freerotation festival, the set sees Magic Mountain High improvising a dynamic, flexing landscape of visceral rave music from their all-analogue hardware set-up, which includes drum machines, effects units and pretty much all the Roland numbers (303s, 606s, 909s and more).
The album comes as a single LP consisting of two extended tracks along with a bonus CD of the entire recording. Live at Freerotation will appear on Workshop, the Berlin label that recently put out a fine EP by Ital, later this month. [via Juno Plus]
