The Sheffield band keep it low-key for their fifth studio album.

In keeping with the animated video for the Arctic Monkeys‘ new single ‘Do I Wanna Know?‘, the band have just released new album AM‘s minimal white-on-black artwork. The nerds among you will no doubt instantly notice that it depicts an AM radio wave, giving a little more clarity to the title of the record itself. The band revealed the news via Twitter, adding that fans could pre-order the record now.

Produced by Simian Mobile Disco’s James Ford, the record will feature appearances from Queens of the Stone Age–man Josh Homme and legendary poet John Cooper Clarke.
